In August 2026, Lambda Phi Epsilon held its International Leadership Summit in Houston, Texas, bringing fraternity leaders together for a weekend focused on reconnecting with the fundamentals of leadership and brotherhood. The Summit provided members with an opportunity to learn, share experiences, build relationships, and prepare for the year ahead. This year’s board training took a back-to-basics approach, focusing on the core principles, responsibilities, and values that strengthen our chapters and the overall fraternal experience.
